We are currently seeking a Construction Scheduler to join our team. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills to coordinate and manage construction projects from start to finish.
Estimator / PM - Now Hiring!
An Estimator/PM will be responsible for overseeing project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project completion. They analyze blueprints and specifications, prepare cost estimates, and collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers. This role requires strong communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders and ensure projects meet standards while adhering to deadlines. Additionally, the Estimator/Project Manager must monitor progress and adjust plans as to maintain project efficiency.
Proficiency in the following programs:
Microsoft Excel, Take-Off Software, Adobe Acrobat or Similar, Procore or similar.
Apprentice Waterproofer
As an Apprentice Waterproofer, you will assist in the installation and maintenance of waterproofing systems to ensure structures remain dry and protected from water damage. You will learn to apply various waterproofing, including membranes, coatings, and sealants, while working under the guidance of experienced professionals. This role involves working both indoors and outdoors, requiring physical stamina and attention to detail. A commitment to safety and a willingness to learn are essential for success in this hands-on position.
Apprentice Injection Technician
You will be assisting and learning from an experienced technician while repairing various issues related to water intrusion or poor soil conditions on commercial and residential properties.
Skills you will gain:

Ability to repair of commercial and residential structures.

Specialize in the equipment that is used (airless pumps, hammer drills, concrete saws)

Perform routine equipment maintenance

Learn about the various materials we use (polyurethane and cementitious materials)

Perform quality inspections prior to leaving every job.
No previous construction experience is required. Must be a fast learner, eager to work, with a strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Being deadline and detail-oriented with the ability to stay busy is a must.
Receptionist
Are you a friendly and outgoing individual with excellent communication skills? Spec 7 Group is seeking a Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. You will be responsible for answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and providing administrative support to our team.
Journeyman Waterproofer
We are seeking a skilled tradesperson responsible for applying materials and techniques to protect structures from water damage. You will assess buildings for vulnerabilities, prepare surfaces, and install various waterproofing systems, ensuring durability and compliance with industry standards. This role requires a strong understanding of materials, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Overall, Journeyman Waterproofers play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and longevity of buildings.
Seasonal Help
We are seeking motivated Seasonal help to join our commercial waterproofing team In this role, you will assist with various tasks, such as material handling and supporting skilled workers in waterproofing applications. Ideal candidates should be reliable, eager to learn, and able to work in outdoor environments. This is a opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry while contributing to important projects.
Shop Manager / Runner
We are seeking a detail-oriented Shop Manager capable of loading and staging materials as well as delivering and picking up materials.
